Instructions:
- Begin this recipe by peeling and slicing your ginger. For more of a gingery “kick,” slice the ginger thin; for less heat, cut it into smaller chunks.
- Combine the sugar, water, and ginger in a pot and bring them to a boil over medium-high heat. Allow the liquid to continue boiling for around five minutes, and then remove it from the heat. Pour the lemon juice directly into this pot and allow it to sit for around fifteen minutes.
- From here, pour the warm ginger lemonade into a pitcher and place it in the fridge to cool. Within roughly an hour, this delicious juice should be ready to pour over ice and share with your friends and family!
Ginger Blackberry Spritz
